The breathtaking sea view accompanies you here from the terrace right into the bedrooms: the eye wanders far across the glittering Mediterranean, all the way to Monte Carlo, and when the sun sinks below the horizon in the evening, it bathes the entire coast in an unforgettable play of colours.

The detached natural stone house, with its typically Ligurian green shutters, radiates authentic charm. Under the shady pergola, where an awning provides extra sun protection, a bench and table invite you to relax together outdoors.

Spread over 75 m², the house occupies two floors, connected by a narrow spiral staircase (with child safety gate). Inside, a homely, relaxed character awaits you: the bright living area, with its comfortable upholstered sofa (sofa bed) and rustic rattan armchairs, invites you to linger, while the traditionally furnished kitchen, with its beautiful wooden cupboards and set table, is perfect for shared meals, all in the spirit of Ligurian country living. A double room (160x200) with large French doors opening onto the private sea-view terrace, and a single room with an extra bed, offer space for up to 4 people and restful sleep, aided by air conditioning for warm summer days. WiFi is available throughout the house.

The real highlight of Casa Beatrice, however, lies outdoors: the private round pool, nestled among olive trees with an unobstructed view of the coast, is the perfect refreshment after a day in the sun — complete with sun loungers and parasol for endless relaxed afternoons. On the panoramic terrace, framed by lavender and Mediterranean shrubs, you can enjoy the sea view from morning till night: over breakfast with a view of the shimmering water, over a glass of wine at sunset, or simply lingering with a book while the sea sparkles in the sun below.

Camporosso itself is conveniently located just a few minutes from Ventimiglia, whose medieval old town, with its winding alleys, cathedral and famous Wednesday market, is well worth a visit. Sandy and pebble beaches are within easy reach, as are the gardens of Villa Hanbury on the French border. For those who enjoy excursions, the proximity to the Côte d'Azur opens up a whole world: Nice, Monaco and Cannes are just as quickly reached as cultural destinations such as the Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the Renoir Museum in Cagnes-sur-Mer, or the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Two parking spaces on the property make arrival and departure hassle-free, and your four-legged friend is also warmly welcome.
