Lucia al mare immerses you in the Mediterranean Sea. The newly renovated holiday flat offers a breathtaking sea view in almost every direction. The house is located directly above the Via Aurelia. Due to the hillside location, you enter the flat via a few steps and still float above everyone and enjoy the unobstructed view. The flat has been renovated to a high standard and offers a lot of comfort. On 100 sqm there is plenty of space for 3 bedrooms and a spacious living area. Through the large double doors, the dreamlike balcony and the living area merge into each other, the blue of the sea is omnipresent here. Even on the shaded garden terrace with dining area and barbecue behind the house, you not only look into the green of the banana trees, but again and again at the sea.
The beach is only 300 metres away, but the seaside resort of Ospedaletti with its many small restaurants, shops and romantic corners is also less than a kilometre away. The famous Bordighera is also right next door. Even Monte Carlo, Nice and the Cote Azur are only a stone's throw from here.
The flat has three bedrooms, all with beautiful sea views! One double bedroom (160x200) with an adjoining single bedroom (90x200) and another double bedroom with two single beds ( 90x200) which can be joined together to form a comfortable double bed if required. The modern shower room is brand new and has a ground level shower cubicle. The modern, well-equipped kitchen invites you to use the treasures from the nearby weekly market to prepare delicious meals, sea view is always included!
Enjoy the breathtaking view with your morning coffee while still in bed, with a glass of wine on the balcony, while sunbathing or having a barbecue on your private garden terrace.
