The detached country house has more windows than walls and offers an indescribable panorama over the entire valley to the sea. All around the house are cozy spots under the centuries-old olive trees, sun loungers on sunny panoramic terraces, romantic seating areas and a cozy dining area with BBQ. In Casa Alexi, up to six guests can enjoy a very relaxed holiday from everyday life. On the ground floor you come directly into the spacious living area. Happy evenings can be spent around the large table in front of the open fireplace, and an open kitchen-living room offers space for ambitious hobby cooks. The large double doors open directly onto the large terrace. The untouched nature around the house creates an indescribable atmosphere of relaxation and peace. On this level there is another double bedroom also with access to the lower terrace and a shower room. From here you go up a staircase to the mezzanine with a romantic double bedroom with its own terrace. Half a floor higher is a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, a small utility room with a washing machine and the breathtaking master bedroom with a double bed. Windows, windows, windows, there's no other way to describe the feeling of space. Comfortable seating invites you to read and dream. In front of the bedroom there is a sea view terrace with sun loungers. And if you have to do a little work on vacation, this is the perfect desk - you can't get more of a view.

The perfect spot for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, mountain bikers and hikers. The area merges into the great outdoors, with gardens, olive groves and oak forests blending into one unit around Casa Alexi. The house is the ideal starting point for extended tours by mountain bike or on foot, while it is only a few kilometers to the fine sandy beaches in the lively town of Imperia. It is only a short walk to the wildly romantic Acquasanta spring ponds. Insiders are happy to travel long distances for a unique bathing experience there, but for you it's just a short walk in the countryside. Swimming in the clear forest lakes is an indescribable holiday experience. In the town of Lecchiore itself, but also in the small hamlets in the surrounding area, there are small trattorias, olive oil factories and local producers to discover. The Dolcedo village shop is very well stocked and offers many regional products.

The approach to the house is steep for the last 150m, but the breathtaking view will make up for it.

However, when holidaying with children, please note that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings.
