A small coffee bar and a restaurant are 300 m away. The lively town centre of Imperia Oneglia, with its famous harbour setting, is a mere 800 m away along the promenade. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from star-rated restaurants to gluten-free pizzerias, from hip cocktail bars to enchanted coffee bars and from colourful weekly markets to elegant boutiques.

The dining area with the large table is perfect for a happy get-together. A seating area and sun loungers invite you to enjoy the unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea. Follow the spectacular sunsets directly from here and watch the white sailboats maneuver. The comfortable gas central heating makes relaxing holidays possible on cooler days.

The access road to the estate is secured with an automatic gate and is shared with the owner of another house further forward. There is a private parking space for your car directly in front of the house.
