The romantic vacation home Bel Poggetto is surrounded by olive trees in a breathtaking panoramic and sunny position directly above the sea between Recco and Camogli, the famous seaside resorts in the Cinqueterre region.
Bel Poggetto is located in a quiet, gardened residential area on the outskirts of the village. Our guests reach the property via a residential road, steep at the end, only 2.5 km from the center of Recco.
Both the lively village center of Recco and Camogli with its famous harbor scenery can be reached only 1 km away via a romantic footpath. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from upscale fish restaurants to gluten-free pizzerias, from hip cocktail bars to enchanted café-bars, from colorful weekly markets to chic boutiques. Of course, the famous beaches of the region invite you to swim. There are many excursions in this wonderful region. Genoa is only a few kilometers away, the famous Portofino can also be easily reached by boat and a walk in the world-famous core villages of the Cinqueterre is virtually mandatory.
The enchanted cottage Bel Poggetto is completely fenced, so that even four-legged guests can relax on vacation. The house is laid out over two floors. In 45 m² of interior space you will find on the upper floor the kitchen with living area, a double bedroom ( bed 160 x 200) and a modern shower room. The clever room layout and the many windows and doors with the unobstructed sea view offers a relaxed vacation atmosphere. Step from the kitchen onto the upper terrace with seating set and enjoy the unobstructed sea view all around over 180 degrees. Here you virtually float all alone high above the sea. The living area on the first floor is furnished as a living room with TV (SAT) and open fireplace and can be converted into another bedroom (sofa bed) if necessary. In the back of the first floor is another bathroom with shower and the washing machine.
Another highlight of the house is the large terraced garden and pool area. While you swim in the pool (3.5 m x 5.5 m, depth 1.20 m) or use the sun loungers by the pool, you look over the sea to Genoa and La Spezia. In the enchanted garden everyone will find his favorite spot. Various secluded spots offer sun and shade and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. (Please note, however, if you are vacationing with children, that some terraces and stairs, as well as the pool, are not secured with railings.) A dining area, with its brick barbecue and wood-burning oven in the shade of a large olive tree, is also directly accessible from the kitchen. Your car is parked in a private parking space in front of the house.
The comfortable gas central heating also makes relaxing vacations on cooler days possible....
