In new splendor now shine the freshly renovated old walls of this fisherman's house. In one of the most picturesque corners of the historic coastline in Imperia Porto Maurizio, the apartment Alba e Tramonto is located on the car-free Borgo Foce just a few meters from the sea and the fine sandy beach. The market and the pedestrian zone of the small county town of Imperia are just a few 100 meters away, and restaurants and small café-bars are also in the immediate vicinity. Here your car is also on vacation.
The apartment with the foundation walls from the 17th century has a spacious balcony (12 m²) across the entire front. Here you can admire both the sunrise (Alba) and the sunset (Tramonto). The apartment is perfectly cut. The large, bright living area with the well-equipped kitchen has floor-to-ceiling windows with wonderful sea views. Just as you always look at the sea from every window in the apartment. A double bedroom (160 x 200), with en suite shower room and a bedroom with two single beds optionally also as a double bed and another shower room offers plenty of space for four people.
Around the house is pedestrian zone. For loading and unloading you can drive up to a few meters in front of the house and then park in the surrounding area. If required, we can also arrange a private parking space.
The comfortable gas central heating makes also relaxed vacation on cooler days possible.
