Il Sorriso is an imposing stone house with a large terrace on the edge of the village of the small hamlet of Costiolo. Here the clocks go a little slower. From the large terrace that takes up the entire width of the house, you have a magnificent view over the olive groves across the entire valley. The 90 square meters of living space are very charming and homely quite freshly renovated. The Ligurian character of the house has been fully preserved and offers ample space for 4 people.

Costiolo is an enchanted hamlet in the middle of the unspoiled nature of the Prino Valley. Only a few houses nestle in the sunny hollow on the crest of the foothills of the Maritime Alps. Here, at the junction of the mountains and the sea, enjoy the proximity to the beach and the tranquility amidst the gentle olive groves. Explore them by walking along the old donkey trails that crisscross the whole valley, discover the swimming ponds in the woods or take a bathing vacation on the Riviera. The beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The infrastructure of the nearest village Molini di Prelá offers a pharmacy and a well-stocked village store with all the necessities for daily needs. Two pizzerias and an excellent ristorante complete the offer. You can reach the village by a donkey path in fifteen minutes or by walking along the road in one kilometer. Once a month a flea market enlivens the picturesque piazza and invites you to browse.

The house is laid out over two floors. On the first floor is a small separate living room, on the second floor is the cozy eat-in kitchen with access to the wonderful terrace with dining area with barbecue area and sun loungers. In the garden in front of the house is a secluded pergola with a large table perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. French doors let in plenty of light throughout the living area. On the same level are two lovely bedrooms and a romantic shower room. Four-legged guests are also very welcome here. The many paths and trails through olive groves and oak forests directly in front of the house invite you to take long walks. Your car is parked on a private parking space across the street.

Combined with Maison Bonbon, up to eight people can spend wonderful holidays here amidst the fascinating landscape of Liguria. Close to the beach and yet far away from the hustle and bustle, you will find pure relaxation here!
