Il Sorriso is an imposing stone house with a large terrace on the edge of the village of the small hamlet of Costiolo. Here the clocks go a little slower. From the large terrace that takes up the entire width of the house, you have a magnificent view over the olive groves across the entire valley. The 90 square meters of living space are very charming and homely quite freshly renovated. The Ligurian character of the house has been fully preserved and offers ample space for 4 people.
Costiolo is an enchanted hamlet in the middle of the unspoiled nature of the Prino Valley. Only a few houses nestle in the sunny hollow on the crest of the foothills of the Maritime Alps. Here, at the junction of the mountains and the sea, enjoy the proximity to the beach and the tranquility amidst the gentle olive groves. Explore them by walking along the old donkey trails that crisscross the whole valley, discover the swimming ponds in the woods or take a bathing vacation on the Riviera. The beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The infrastructure of the nearest village Molini di Prelá offers a pharmacy and a well-stocked village store with all the necessities for daily needs. Two pizzerias and an excellent ristorante complete the offer. You can reach the village by a donkey path in fifteen minutes or by walking along the road in one kilometer. Once a month a flea market enlivens the picturesque piazza and invites you to browse.
The house is laid out over two floors. On the first floor is a small separate living room, on the second floor is the cozy eat-in kitchen with access to the wonderful terrace with dining area with barbecue area and sun loungers. In the garden in front of the house is a secluded pergola with a large table perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. French doors let in plenty of light throughout the living area. On the same level are two lovely bedrooms and a romantic shower room. Four-legged guests are also very welcome here. The many paths and trails through olive groves and oak forests directly in front of the house invite you to take long walks. Your car is parked on a private parking space across the street.
Combined with Maison Bonbon, up to eight people can spend wonderful holidays here amidst the fascinating landscape of Liguria. Close to the beach and yet far away from the hustle and bustle, you will find pure relaxation here!

Sehr schöner Blick, Parkplatz vor Ort, ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten draussen
Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon mal bei Signora Pisani zu Gast. Sie ist eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und das kleine gemütliche Apartment hat alles, was wir für schöne Urlaubstage benötigen. Wir waren wieder rundum zufrieden.

La maison reste fraiche malgré la chaleur et l'absence de clim. La terrasse est magique!!!! Et bien sur CLARA, qui est une hôtesse formidable: tout simplement adorable et drôle! C'est une magnifique personne!!! Nous reviendrons! J'en profite pour faire une grosse bise à Clara!!! Bravo à elle!

Der Meerblick und die große Terrasse sind fantastisch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Preis / Leistung für diese Lage und Aussicht ist für Italien vollkommen OK so.
Für Italien war diese Wohnung überdurchschnittlich sauber.
Die Vernieterin war überaus freundlich jedoch war die Unterhaltung schwierig wegen Sprachproblemen.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, Die Raumaufteilung war toll - das Bett steht direkt an einer großen Balkontür, so dass wir im Mondschein schlafen konnten :).
Es war sauber, die Küche hatte alles Wichtige zum kochen und frühstücken, kein Teppichboden :), eine Waschmaschine war super, ganz toller Platz zum frühstücken - auch bei Regen und Wind, da die Terrasse überdacht war, ruhige Lage, toller Meerblick - einfach herrlich!!!
Wir haben beide Wohnungen (Suite Claretta und Casa del Sole) mit insgesamt 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind bewohnt. Suite Claretta war für meinen Mann, meine Tochter und mich perfekt. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auf der traumhaften Terasse konnten wir stundenlang sitzen und uns an dem schönen Blick erfreuen. Die Lage zum Strand und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten (Fahrradweg, Dörfer etc.) war perfekt. Die Vermieterin Clara ist außerdem eine unglaublich herzliche Frau, die uns mit ihren kleinen Leckereien den Aufenthalt versüßte!
Die im/ums Haus lebenden kleinen Kätzchen sorgten vor allem bei unserer Tochter für große Freude.
Für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Küstenstraße war sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder. Clara ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin!
Uns hat der herzliche Empfang der Vermieterin sehr gefallen, eine ältere echt italienische sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns bestens verstanden , auch dank Google translate Übersetzer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und eine grandiose Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Die Ruhe da oben hat einem echten Erholungswert. Wir konnten von früh bis abends unsere Mahlzeiten draußen genießen, und keine Mücken abends.
Toller riesiger Balkon mit viel Platz draußen. Blick vom Bett aufs Meer, überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten und gute Verrschattung.
Aufteilung des Apartments mit Schlafbereich angenehm. Viel Platz in der Küche und gut ausgestattet.
Ausreichende Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für Wäsche.
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die nicht aufdringlich war. Gute Stellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder, PKW und Fahrradträger.
