Surrounded by silvery olive trees, blooming oleander and the scent of lavender, La Mola is part of a small, mature ensemble of houses on a historic olive farm. Here you can feel the original Liguria - authentic, quiet, charming.

The 4 × 10 metre pool, just a few steps away and reserved exclusively for guests of the small complex, invites you to refresh and relax. In the private garden with romantic pergola, lemon tree and sunbathing lawn, there is always a spot in the sun or shade - perfect for a breakfast in the greenery, a quiet afternoon with a book or a balmy evening with a glass of wine under the stars.

The flat itself combines traditional country house style with modern amenities: light-flooded rooms, natural materials, warm colours and large glass doors that gently blend the inside with the outside.

The cosy living room with open fireplace invites you to spend cosy hours, while the open, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking regional specialities together.

The bedroom with comfortable double bed (160 × 200) and the modern bathroom with floor-level rain shower ensure a sense of well-being across the board.

Of course, La Mola offers contemporary comfort: air conditioning, pellet stove, WiFi, smart TV, dishwasher, German filter coffee machine and Nespresso are all included. You can park your car or e-bikes safely in the private car park right next to the house.

La Mola is part of our sustainable holiday homes. Electricity is generated by the house's own photovoltaic system, hot water is provided by solar technology and the house's own water storage tank ensures environmentally friendly independence. The charming village of Molini di Prelá can be reached on foot via an old donkey track in around 15 minutes or easily by car. Here you will find a well-stocked grocery shop, a pharmacy, two pizzerias and an excellent restaurant. Once a month, a small flea market enlivens the romantic piazza and invites you to take a stroll.

Picturesque coastal towns such as Imperia, Cervo or San Remo as well as dreamy villages in the hinterland are ideal for varied day trips - whether for swimming, strolling or simply falling in love.
